Wedding Video Package & Options Prices


(all prices subject to change
& Texas state sales tax)

Basic Single Camera Package:   $795

1 Professional Broadcast Digital Camera at wedding ceremony and 1 Professional Broadcast Digital Camera at wedding reception

Wedding coverage beginning one hour prior to ceremony, 3 hours reception

(Overtime: $95/ hour depending on availability, past the agreed upon time)

Editing of approximately one minute musical montage of wedding & reception highlights choreographed to music from ceremony to serve as intro to program,
cosmetic video editing of collected footage including dissolves  between shots and transitions between major segments,
outro with scrolling titles to create a polished, professional video

3 DVD-R* auto-play copies, one or two disc set depending on total duration;  no menu, program repeats continuously (menu production charges extra, see hourly rates under options below)

No travel charges for locations within 50 mile radius of Houston, Texas.

No travel charges ($20 hr.) for locations within 50 mile radius of Houston, Texas.

Options:

Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner coverage:   $350
-1 Professional 3-chip digital camera, up to 3 hours of coverage, 2 locations (to be edited as part of the final wedding video)

Childhood and Dating photo montage:   $4 per photograph, $2 per digital photo provided by Purchaser, $1 per digital photo for touch-up
- edited with dissolves and music, and included in your wedding video;
- to be available for viewing at reception, all necessary photos or other materials must be provided no later than three weeks prior to date of ceremony

Highlights Montage:   $175
- Montage of highlights from wedding, choreographed to music to serve as intro to program as included in basic package, except expanded to approximately three minutes

Honeymoon photo montage: $4 per photograph, $2 per digital photo provided by Purchaser, $1 per digital photo for touch-up
- edited with dissolves and music, and included in your wedding video;
- approximately three minutes, choreographed to music and included in your wedding video

"A Love Story": $995 - total of 6 hours videotaping of separate interviews and candid style shots of the couple, edited interspersed and choreographed with music, to immortalize the real life story of how they met, fell in love and when they knew, and simply the great fortune to be found in any happy relationship.


DVD* menu creation is charged at $75 hr., two hour minimum

Extra copies:

high quality VHS copy -$35

high quality SVHS copy - $50

High quality Digital copy - $150

Extra DVD-R* copies - $35 (one disc set) $50 (two disc set)


Overtime:      $150/ hour
- per camera depending on availability, past the agreed upon time.



Deposit: All jobs require a 50% deposit
and remaining balance payable by 1 day before wedding date.

Online billing and payment: Our invoice to your e-mail address will exhibit the option for secure online payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

Cancellation: Your deposit reserves the date of the event and additional reservation for other parties will not be accepted for this time period. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable.
